Gene Simmons, the well know rock bass-guitarist and singer for the legendary group ‘KISS” has shared that the group currently have the highest of hopes towards expanding their ‘End of the Road’ farewell tour. Gene, along with fellow bandmates Eric Singer, Paul Stanley, and Tommy Thayer had begun kicking off their world tour in the beginnings of January 2019, but had obviously faced a number of postponements as a result of the catastrophic events from Covid-19.

Though plans were always in place to continue the tour, things had to endure an obvious pause and re-think as the world learnt to acclimatise with it’s new structures, regime’s and rules, meaning that the tour could only be continued once all of the correct measures were set in place.

However, in a brand new interview within Chaoszine, Simmons had gently indicated that he would love to add at least 100 more concerts onto the already yet to be finished tour. He explained that everyone within the team and the band was happy and had grouped together and decided to add an additional 100 cities before the band finally decide to close the curtains on their KISS adventures. At a strong 72 years old, he also comically added that he ‘didn’t know how long that will take’ – but the groups undeniable dedication to their fans and audiences alike speaks volumes.

We hope to see as much more of KISS as we can before their final goodbye to the world of live music, and until then, the legendary anthems and high energy genius shall continue to live on!
